How long does shipping take for my Jag Grill?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard freight shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery within the continental United States.
What kind of assembly is required?
Our grills are designed for straightforward assembly. Each unit comes with a detailed instruction manual and all necessary hardware. Most customers complete the setup of our 6-person or 8-person models in approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of our grills, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
Are Jag Grills weather-resistant?
Yes, our grills are constructed with high-quality steel and finished with heat-resistant coating. However, to prolong the life and appearance of your grill, we strongly recommend using a weather-proof cover when not in use.
