At Jag Grills, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our premium social grills and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your grill doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully disassemble the grill and pack all components into their original crates or boxes to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping labels to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger units.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
